Houston, Texas, April 7, 2026 – An affiliate of Paint Creek Industries LLC, a private investment firm focused on partnering with founder- and family-owned industrial businesses, today announced the acquisition of a leading manufacturer of specialized industrial machinery and related services supporting critical infrastructure and industrial end markets. The transaction represents the firm’s first platform investment since its launch in 2025.

With decades of operational history, the company is a third-generation family-owned manufacturer of proprietary, branded industrial machinery that has become widely recognized as the standard within its niche market. The company’s equipment supports manufacturing processes that serve a broad range of essential industries, including infrastructure, aerospace, automotive, energy and power, and data center development.

As part of the transaction, the company’s third-generation owner will continue to lead the business and will remain a significant shareholder alongside Paint Creek Industries. Bluestem Capital Fund, LP, provided debt financing and made an equity investment for the acquisition.
